Firstly just want to say sorry for not updating this on a regular basis, been quite busy with revision, exams and work etc. Anyway I really enjoyed taking the SD for 30 days. only real side effect I got was being a little grumpy at times but doesn't everyone have their grumpy days every now and then?? didn't get any of the nasty side effects that some people have reported.
My diet could of been better throughout the 30 days but in general it was alot better then it normally is but theirs defiantly room for improvement in that department. I was cycling to work as much as possible which is a 6 mile round trip, also started teaching spin classes so I got in a fair amount of cardio aswell as lifting weights.
I noticed a massive difference in strength within a week of taking the supplement and was quite shocked myself at how quick my weights where going up and how many reps I was getting before I hit fatigue. Rest times in-between sets was also cut down quite a bit aswell.
Right so on to the important stuff, how much weight I gained!
my starting weight was 75.01kg or 11st8lb
finishing weight is 80.02kg or 12st6lb
So thats a total gain of 5.01kg or 11.04lbs
I was expecting to put on a whole stone but i'm still quite happy with that. when ive been looking in the mirror I haven't noticed too much difference apart from maybe in my arms but if we compare a before and after photo (please ignore the sun burn) the difference is pretty clear to be seen. so i'm quite happy :)
BEFORE
AFTER
Heres a few more photos, i'm very happy with the gains
on my legs, especially my quads.
So would i take them again? probably yes, but no more then once or twice a year. I hope you guys enjoyed reading my blog, I may choose to keep this going and maybe add a post every so often.

DAY 10
Today I ate shit pretty much all day. carrot cake, coffee cake, flapjacks, brownies, biscuits and chocolate.
DAY 9
Hey guys been a bit slack updating this page again.
Anyway I weighed myself on Monday and I've made a gain of 4.9kg or 10.8lbs which is alot more then I was expecting. Still not noticed any bad side effects and my training is going really well aswell. I've noticed my strength as gone up a considerable amount this week, so I'm lifting alot more and pushing out more reps.
Still trying to improve my diet and eat as healthy as possible but sometimes find it quite difficult due my shifts at work. Not really got much more to add, I'm still sleeping well and enjoying the gains from the supplement but also cant wait to finish the course so I can have a drink again!
Weight before I started the cycle: 11.8 stone
Weight 9 days into the cycle: 12.5 stone

DAY 6
Hey guys, sorry I've not updated my blog on a daily basis. had a few night shifts at the end of the week followed by working both Saturday and Sunday so I've just been too tired.
Anyway tomorrow (Monday) will be exactly 7 days since I started my cycle so I'm going to weight myself first thing in the morning. I'm hoping to be at least 78kg or 12st 2lb. I've decided not to put up a weekly picture, but instead put a picture up at the end of the four weeks next to a picture before I started the cycle.
My training at the end of the week went pretty well although I had a few slip ups with the healthy eating part. Saturday and Sunday has been the hardest especially on Saturday when I was working an early shift I found my self getting annoyed at the smallest things but that may of been down to being tired aswell. Also it being a none training day I had nothing to take out the extra testosterone on.
I had my body fat measured on Friday and its at just over 10% which I'm very pleased with. The last time I had it done it was over 18% that was about 6 months although that has nothing to do with the supplement I'm taking if anything my body fat percentage may increase but I'll get it measured again at the end of the cycle.
Looking forward to training tomorrow and also weighing myself.

DAY 2
Still not much to report back on and still showing no signs of side effects (which I'm going to list below for those that don't know them) Had a day off work today so had a nice lay in this morning and didn't find it too difficult to get to sleep last night.
Todays workout was a bit lethargic so had to take the smash workout intensifier half way through to stop the yawning in-between sets. not sure if that was down to the SD Matrix or not. going to try my hardest not to take the workout intensifier as it can really make you feel tired after the workout and as one of the side effects of the pro hormone is tiredness I don't really want to be adding to it.
So anyway onto the side effects. from researching the internet the main side effects seem to be tiredness, spots, liver pain, kidney pain, back pain and slight headaches. fingers crossed that keeping a healthy diet and avoiding alcohol to keep the liver healthy will all help to avoid the side effects.
So my food for the day was.
Breakfast:
Porridge with peanut butter and a banana
Lunch:
2 breakfast muffins with 2 poached eggs. 1 pepper cooked with spinach and cream cheese
Dinner:
1 meat feast pizza from the pub.......... oops
Before bed:
Sirloin steak with spinach, cream cheese and pesto
oh and just for the record I think that's the first time I have ever gone to a pub and not had a drink, it was very hard!
