Todays workout was a bit lethargic so had to take the smash workout intensifier half way through to stop the yawning in-between sets. not sure if that was down to the SD Matrix or not. going to try my hardest not to take the workout intensifier as it can really make you feel tired after the workout and as one of the side effects of the pro hormone is tiredness I don't really want to be adding to it.
So anyway onto the side effects. from researching the internet the main side effects seem to be tiredness, spots, liver pain, kidney pain, back pain and slight headaches. fingers crossed that keeping a healthy diet and avoiding alcohol to keep the liver healthy will all help to avoid the side effects.
So my food for the day was.
Breakfast:
Porridge with peanut butter and a banana
Lunch:
2 breakfast muffins with 2 poached eggs. 1 pepper cooked with spinach and cream cheese
Dinner:
1 meat feast pizza from the pub.......... oops
Before bed:
Sirloin steak with spinach, cream cheese and pesto
oh and just for the record I think that's the first time I have ever gone to a pub and not had a drink, it was very hard!
This is very informative article about daily routine!! I want to know that should I take prohormone supplements along with my regular exercise. Will it work or not?
