DAY 9

Hey guys been a bit slack updating this page again.

Anyway I weighed myself on Monday and I've made a gain of 4.9kg or 10.8lbs which is alot more then I was expecting. Still not noticed any bad side effects and my training is going really well aswell. I've noticed my strength as gone up a considerable amount this week, so I'm lifting alot more and pushing out more reps.

Still trying to improve my diet and eat as healthy as possible but sometimes find it quite difficult due my shifts at work. Not really got much more to add, I'm still sleeping well and enjoying the gains from the supplement but also cant wait to finish the course so I can have a drink again!

Weight before I started the cycle: 11.8 stone
Weight 9 days into the cycle: 12.5 stone

  1. Hi Leftyon, thanks for sharing about your training experience with us. Actually, I am novice bodybuilder and doing little research on effect of prohormones on body. Do you have some words to help my research?
