DAY 10
Today I ate shit pretty much all day. carrot cake, coffee cake, flapjacks, brownies, biscuits and chocolate.
DAY 9
Hey guys been a bit slack updating this page again.
Anyway I weighed myself on Monday and I've made a gain of 4.9kg or 10.8lbs which is alot more then I was expecting. Still not noticed any bad side effects and my training is going really well aswell. I've noticed my strength as gone up a considerable amount this week, so I'm lifting alot more and pushing out more reps.
Still trying to improve my diet and eat as healthy as possible but sometimes find it quite difficult due my shifts at work. Not really got much more to add, I'm still sleeping well and enjoying the gains from the supplement but also cant wait to finish the course so I can have a drink again!
Weight before I started the cycle: 11.8 stone
Weight 9 days into the cycle: 12.5 stone

DAY 6
Hey guys, sorry I've not updated my blog on a daily basis. had a few night shifts at the end of the week followed by working both Saturday and Sunday so I've just been too tired.
Anyway tomorrow (Monday) will be exactly 7 days since I started my cycle so I'm going to weight myself first thing in the morning. I'm hoping to be at least 78kg or 12st 2lb. I've decided not to put up a weekly picture, but instead put a picture up at the end of the four weeks next to a picture before I started the cycle.
My training at the end of the week went pretty well although I had a few slip ups with the healthy eating part. Saturday and Sunday has been the hardest especially on Saturday when I was working an early shift I found my self getting annoyed at the smallest things but that may of been down to being tired aswell. Also it being a none training day I had nothing to take out the extra testosterone on.
I had my body fat measured on Friday and its at just over 10% which I'm very pleased with. The last time I had it done it was over 18% that was about 6 months although that has nothing to do with the supplement I'm taking if anything my body fat percentage may increase but I'll get it measured again at the end of the cycle.
Looking forward to training tomorrow and also weighing myself.

DAY 2
Still not much to report back on and still showing no signs of side effects (which I'm going to list below for those that don't know them) Had a day off work today so had a nice lay in this morning and didn't find it too difficult to get to sleep last night.
Todays workout was a bit lethargic so had to take the smash workout intensifier half way through to stop the yawning in-between sets. not sure if that was down to the SD Matrix or not. going to try my hardest not to take the workout intensifier as it can really make you feel tired after the workout and as one of the side effects of the pro hormone is tiredness I don't really want to be adding to it.
So anyway onto the side effects. from researching the internet the main side effects seem to be tiredness, spots, liver pain, kidney pain, back pain and slight headaches. fingers crossed that keeping a healthy diet and avoiding alcohol to keep the liver healthy will all help to avoid the side effects.
So my food for the day was.
Breakfast:
Porridge with peanut butter and a banana
Lunch:
2 breakfast muffins with 2 poached eggs. 1 pepper cooked with spinach and cream cheese
Dinner:
1 meat feast pizza from the pub.......... oops
Before bed:
Sirloin steak with spinach, cream cheese and pesto
oh and just for the record I think that's the first time I have ever gone to a pub and not had a drink, it was very hard!

One month on SD Matrix Pro Hormone supplement
As some of you are aware SD matrix is a pro hormone supplement designed to increase muscle mass, its pretty much the strongest supplement you can legally buy in the UK without moving onto the stronger, illegal stuff. I have decided to take a one month course after a 6 month plateau in my training. I will be updating daily about the side effects, strength gains, mass gains, diet, sleeping patterns and anything else relevant. i will also be uploading a weekly photo. I got the idea when one of my colleagues wanted to take a before and after photo. So onto some background information about me.
Age: 24
Height: 6ft 1in
weight: 75kg
My training regime
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Triceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back and Shoulders
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest
I work as a fitness instructor so as you can imagine I work shifts which sometimes means I can only train 4 days a week. if that happens I tend to mix Biceps and Triceps into the same day. I cycle to work most days which is a total of just under 6 miles a day. I do alot of training on bosu balls and swiss balls to keep my core strength up like squats on a bosu and dumbbell bench press on a swiss ball aswell as adding in atleast two 20 minute core sessions a week.
So what am I actually taking?
SD Matrix 2 x a day one at breakfast and one at dinner
Reflex Milk Thistle 3 x a day to help keep liver healthy
Sci-Mx Omni Mx Hardcore 2 x a day on training days and one a day on rest days. each shake contains around 500 calories.
Smash Fully loaded only taken during training sessions when feeling tired
Also I cannot touch alcohol for the time I'm taking the SD Matrix is its already very demanding on the liver hence why you take the milk thistle along side it.
